A hardbound book of cut-to-size billboard posters amongst original writings; these were descriptions (often interpretations) of the advertising messages encountered within three hundred steps of walking in the city.
The billboard posters were intersected in the book amongst the writings so to act as a device of counting steps and therefore resemble the rhythm and continuity of walking, by the turning of the pages. In addition and as part of the project’s public exhibition, the text of one of the descriptions was cut in vinyl letters to be ‘read’ as a billboard.
